The City Band Commission will meet on Sunday, 25 January 2015, at 7 PM at Coe College (Marquis Hall). The agenda will include:

• Budget review and revenue estimates for FY15
• Setting the 2015 concert season (our 65th!).
• Publicity
• Staff changes (if required)
• Audition schedules and needs

The City Band Commission will meet  on Sunday, 18 January 2015, at 7 PM at Coe College (Marquis Hall). This meeting will cover issues related to the mobile bandshell used for performances, including (but not limited to):

• Repair of the current bandshell to cover the next few seasons.
• CRMB taking ownership of and managing the bandshell directly (rather than Parks Department)
• Changes in budget and logistics for concert events — CRMB must supply own bandshell staff
• Where to find tow vehicles
• Possible replacement with new bandshell and how to fund it
• Possible replacement with fixed bandshell and how to fund it.

The City Band Commission will meet in formal session on 28 September 2014 at 7 PM at Coe College in Marquis Hall. This meeting is the end-of-year review, and will include (but is not limited to):

• Fiscal Year 2014 report
• 2014 personnel report
• Sound equipment updates needed
• Instrument maintenance needed
• FY15 finance report (year to date), plus discussion of budget with regard to 2015 season

This meeting is open to the public. Please check back the week of the meeting to any necessary changes in times — Coe College activities do require schedule changes on occasion.
