Special performance and kids activity this Saturday at the Farmer’s Market!

Join us for a special performance this Saturday at the Downtown Farmer’s Market!  We will be in front of the Cedar Rapids Museum of Art at 10:00 a.m.  And extra special for the kids: arrive at 9:00 to make your own percussion instrument and join the band on “Carnival in San Paulo!”  Kids of all ages are welcome to participate in this free activity!

This week features Christian Behrens on bass trombone who is a Cedar Rapids native and now with the Stockton (California) Symphony!  Ryan Miller, runner-up for the Young Artist Competition will also perform on French horn.  Gather your friends and family and stop by and see us at the Farmer’s Market!
