The City Band Commission will meet in formal session at 5 PM on Friday, 27 March 2015, immediately before auditions for the 2015 season. The agenda will include:
- Minutes of previous meeting.
- Financial report, including proposed budget amendments for 2015 and 2016.
- Report on new equipment trailer.
- Report on capital campaign for bandshell.
- Report on publicity and preparations for upcoming season.
- Additional business raised by Commission or other attendees.
- Logistics for auditions that evening and Saturday afternoon. (This may occur outside the formal meeting as a working session.)
